MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

IMMUNITY FROM PROSECUTION

ARTICLE ELEVEN ………..

Members of the Commission, except in cases set forth in article 6 of this law, shall not be removed from their duties until the end of their tenure.

INVITATION TO THE MEETINGS

ARTICLE TWELVE:

The Commission can invite governmental and non-governmental officials to their meetings in order to discuss relevant issues.

The invitees have the right to express opinions and provide advice.

SECRETARIAT

ARTICLE THIRTEEN

 

  1. The Commission shall have a secretariat for execution of administrative affairs.
  2. The Secretariat is headed by a Secretary General.
  3. The Secretariat shall carry out its duties in accordance with the provisions of law and rules of procedures approved by the Commission.
  4. The Secretary General, Directors, and other staff of the Secretariat shall be recruited in accordance with the provisions of law.
  5. Administrative structure and budget of the Commission shall be recommended by the Commission as a part of the state budget, and shall be implemented, after completion of legal procedures and approval of the president, by the Chairperson of the Commission.

 

SALARY AND PRIVILEGES

ARTICLE FOURTEEN

 

Members of the Commission are among the high ranking government officials of the state and their salaries and privileges shall be processed.

The Commission shall have a special seal.

ENFORCEMENT

ARTICLE SEVENTEEN:

 

This law shall be enforced from the date of its assent (by the president) and published in the Official Gazette.
